Hostage Negotiator: Abductor Pack 10

“The Clock is Ticking, The City is Watching and Find Inc0gn1t0.”

Inc0gn1t0 is a threat unlike any you’ve faced. Their identity and location is unknown. What is known is that they’ve hacked into our networks and are disrupting our communications, but that isn’t even the worst part. They’ve also hidden a bomb somewhere in the city and if you don’t find and disarm it soon the death toll will be immense.

In this expansion pack, you must deal with Inc0gn1to’s reign of terror and influence the chain of command to provide the necessary support while you negotiate with the abductor. The longer you take, the more hostages get put at risk. Can you stop this hidden figure before it’s too late?
