ARTHUR THE SOLDIER BY CHRIS GIDLOW

Arthur: The Soldier by Chris Gidlow is the first book in the Ruin of Britain trilogy, a historical novel that reimagines the King Arthur legend in post-Roman Britain, focusing on Arthur as a battle-hardened soldier trying to bring order to a chaotic land.Gidlow, a historian, grounds the story in historical and archaeological research, presenting a gritty, realistic take on the Dark Ages rather than a mythical one.The book is published by Chaosium as part of their Pendragon Fiction line.
